Christening set is done!
Finally the christening set is finished, and I’m going to give it to Rebecca this weekend. (Rebecca, don’t look any further if you’re reading this before then…don’t want to spoil your surprise!).
I think it turned out really pretty and I sure hope she’ll like it too. The little bonnet and booties were really fun to make — so dainty and girlie! You can enlarge each picture for a closer look, and I’ve also included a few detail pix below.

Lovely, perfectly lovely. Even if we DIDN’T get to see it in person tonight, as promised. Sniff…..
What a beautiful gift, Kim.

Ewwwe…that’s the prettiest knitting I’ve seen in a long time. Absolutely precious!
You’ll fly through the Masters Program…no sweat for you.

Curious is you know of any BEGINNER (I know nothing about knitting) lessons in the Downriver area. I live in Taylor? Thanks, always thought I might like knitting, but now find I actually have some free time, as the kids are grown!
